You constantly hear that drinking green tea can be beneficial to you, but you probably do not know why. If drank daily, green tea offers many health benefits. Green tea contains a potent plant nutrient known as epigallocatechin gallate, also known as EGCG.
Here are few reasons to start drinking green tea. If you already drink it, keep it up and continue enjoying the added benefits of this delicious drink!
EGCG makes green tea an ideal daily drink because it:
