Happy Earth Day!

Happy Earth Day!!
 
Check out some of these environmentally inspired recipes for celebrating Earth Day -- including the delicious Green Plantini
 
Ingredients:
  • 2oz Vodka
  • 1-1/2oz Apple Pucker
  • Lime Wedge for Garnish
Directions:
  • Mix all the ingredients (except for the lime wedge) in a chilled martini mixer filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously.
  • Strain liquid into a chilled martini mixer and garnish with fresh lime!
