Beauty Tips for the Bride

Wedding season is in full swing and here are some tips to keep you wedding day gorgeous (not that you need help, though, because you will be BEAMING on your wedding day!)

Facial Care
Right before your wedding is a perfect time to treat yourself to a facial. Not only will your skin look and feel great, but you will give off a beautiful, natural glow! It is also a great way to rid yourself of some last minute wedding stresses and spend some time relaxing. Make a day of it and grab your Maid of Honor and/or Bridesmaids and have a spa day enjoying facials with your favorite gals.

If you have a tendency to breakout, be sure to have your facial done three to six weeks before your wedding day.

Foot Care
Don’t forget to pamper your feet before AND after the wedding! Between the ceremony, picture time, the reception and especially when you hit the dance floor your feet will spend all your time on your feet and probably while wearing brand new, not-broken-in-yet shoes.

Days before your wedding, pamper your feet with a good spa pedicure and pretty them up with an eye-popping nail color (try out Butter London and you will be sure to LOVE it!). Your toenails will look fabulous in those sexy, strappy sandals or peep toe heels you will be flaunting on your wedding day!

After your wedding, don’t forget to soak your feet in a warm, sea salt bath. Your feet will thank you!

Body Massage
Nothing will relax you more than a full body massage. Wedding planning shouldn’t be, but can be stressful. Take advantage of multiple massages during the planning stages to keep your body and mind relaxed and stress free.

Take advantage of some quality time with your soon-to-be-spouse and schedule a couple’s massage or spend more girl time with your Maid of Honor and/or Bridesmaids and have a spa day of facials and massages!

Don’t forget to take time for yourself before the wedding. Give yourself a “wedding planning time out” to help you keep your focus and stay stress free!
